Do you know your Drupal from your Woeful? If so, you could help Hammersmith & Fulham Council run its popular, community-focused website.
Joining our small web team, you will take primary responsibility for the management of the website – particularly the presentation and management of content, the quality of user experience and the operation of the website.
You will be comfortable working with senior colleagues across the council to contribute to the council’s digital strategy, supporting savings from channel migration and contributing to the council’s wider communications and customer strategies.
You will advise on digital service development projects, taking lead responsibility for the application of corporate presentation and technical standards.
You won’t be a web developer. Instead, you will have first-rate knowledge of web content management systems (especially Drupal 7 and 8) and digital communications in general, online service provision and technical website skills combined with a good understanding of public services and social media.
