Hammersmith and Fulham is one of the most culturally and economically diverse boroughs in London. The borough is characterised by extreme ranges of wealth and poverty, which reflects all the challenges and advantages of life in the inner city.

Adult Social Care enjoys a reputation for providing excellent services, and we are firmly focused on further enhancing our performance, by embedding new processes to ensure compliance with the Care Act.  We are looking for innovative workers to drive forward change and improvements in service delivery.  Hammersmith and Fulham are committed to involving local residents and would wish to have staff who also believe in the values of having residents involvement in shaping the borough.
