We want to appoint an exceptional candidate to the role of Senior Social Worker in the Family Support and Child Protection Team.

The Family Support and Child Protection Team provide a wide range of long term support to families, working with children subject to child protection plans, undertaking section 47 investigations, Court Work, Care Proceedings and working with Looked After Children.

As a qualified Social Worker; you are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You have experience in dealing with child protection enquiries, completing duty assessments and managing timescales. What’s more, you have in-depth knowledge of delivering children’s services, including a good grasp of the issues and legislation involved.
